At ReikiNi our six week Self Healing consists of six, 60 minutes sessions using meditation, a self healing attunement to give you the ability to self heal and generate mental control over your thoughts. The ultimate outcome is a healthy mind, body and soul.
This will enable you to live a fuller life regardless of the trials and tribulations that will befall you.
General techniques used; an introductory assessment, Reiki healing, chord cutting, mirror placement, activation meditations, self healing attunement, guided practice in self healing techniques, snap healing technique, programming of the subconscious and mind conversion.
Self healing is always revolving, prices reflect healing in combination with other therapies and can be tailored to suit the individual.
